She is passionate about offering insight into the secrets of engaging a business audience – helping people deliver focused, effective presentations that resonate. Sonia also draws on her background in news broadcasting, where she learned the importance of clear language, key visuals, and understanding your audience.

Beyond work, Sonia loves organising independent travel trips for her family and friends. Her favourite expeditions involve wildlife, city walking tours and UNESCO world heritage sites – with more than 1,100 on the global list, she has plenty of adventures still to plan.

Sally’s career has given her the ability to quickly adapt to a variety of cultures and business needs, always with a focus on impact both internally and externally. She has worked with major names including 3M, Amazon, Aldi, Asda, Coca-Cola, Danone, Innocent, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Nestlé, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose.

As part of SecondNature, she has coached people at Awaze, Brother, BT/EE, Carnegie Trust, Derbyshire Police, Iceland, Imagination Technologies, IPL, Next, Optos, Sage, Scania and Veolia. Her passion lies in delivering an organisation’s purpose, recognising the critical role people play in achieving it.

Beyond work, Sally loves learning and trying new things. In recent years she has taken up open-water swimming, started mastering front crawl, and explored abstract art. She gets excited by each new challenge and the people she meets along the way.

As a Client Lead in the media industry, Dorothy worked closely with decision-makers to deliver business goals through clear planning and objectives. This experience underpins her belief that even the best results or opportunities need to be communicated with clarity and confidence.

She has partnered with brands including L’Oréal, Henkel, UK Government, Haven Holidays, Universal Music Group, Westfield and Parcelforce. At SecondNature, she has coached people from organisations such as Ardian, Cabot Financial, Cboe, Chambers, Egress, Gambling Commission, Go plc, iMGP, Multiverse, Palta People, Publicis Groupe, Reward Gateway and The First Mile.

Beyond work, Dorothy loves travel and adventure. After graduating, she toured the USA and Canada, visiting more than 30 states and provinces. Highlights included watching the sunrise over the Grand Canyon, staying overnight with Navajo Native Americans in Moab National Park, taking a boat beneath Niagara Falls and climbing Half Dome in Yosemite.

To date Cheryl has coached more than 1,600 individuals across 50+ organisations in 20+ industries, including construction, energy, logistics, property, healthcare, government, financial services, media, manufacturing, FMCG, IT and law. Her client list features AGL, Alinta, Aurizon, AusBiotech, Bupa, Carr Design, ConocoPhillips, Coca-Cola, Denton Corker Marshall, iCare, JCB, Mars, Mirvac, Multiplex, the Reserve Bank of Australia, Roche, Slater + Gordon, Toll Group, VicRoads and the Victorian Electoral Commission.

Cheryl’s career has consistently relied on her leadership, presenting and communication skills to drive commercial outcomes. Beyond work, she sets herself regular challenges, including a monthly walking goal shared with her family in Glasgow. What began in 2019 as a 100km-per-month fundraiser for Lymphoma Australia has continued as a way of staying connected and doing something positive together.

Gareth is an integral member of SecondNature’s APAC team, coaching professionals from organisations including Amazon, AMP Capital, ASIC, ATO, the BBC, CBRE, Coca-Cola, Cushman & Wakefield, Compass, Foxtel, Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, Hungry Jack’s, Johnson & Johnson, Lindt & Sprüngli, Multiplex, Munich RE, NSW Ministry of Health, Pizza Hut, Queensland University of Technology, the Reserve Bank of Australia, Shark Ninja, and TAFE NSW.

He believes in the power of communication, collaboration, and community. Outside of work, in 2025, Gareth was nominated as a Westfield Local Hero finalist and SLS Sydney Branch Surf Lifesaver of the Year for his work in youth development and mental health. Away from coaching, you’ll often find him on Bondi Beach, hanging out with family and friends either at Bondi Surf Club, on the beach or in the water.

Belinda has coached people across 35+ countries – from the US and India to China, Singapore, Australia and the UK – and has helped thousands transform their business presentation skills. Outside work, Belinda is a passionate gardener, nature-watcher, and has a lifelong love of travel. Her first full-time job as a student was as a truck driver, and she still relishes meeting people from different countries and cultures. To date, she has visited 40 countries – with many more on her list to discover.

Alongside his professional work, Gavin has a long-standing commitment to volunteering. He served for eight years as a Team Leader in the State Emergency Service in Australia and, in the UK, led a community project delivering 1000Mbps fibre-to-the-home broadband. One ambition that “got away” was volunteering for a summer season at Base A, Port Lockroy, Antarctica – a place he once visited and still remembers fondly.
